Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wig Ventelation Specialist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ventilating hair into lace and silk top wigs, as well as expertise in repairing and restoring wigs to their best condition. An artistic eye, patience, and precision are key for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Ventilate hair into lace and silk top wigs with accuracy and finessePerform wig repairs, including weft replacement, lace patching, and restylingCustomize wigs for clients, ensuring a natural, flattering look. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wig work areaCollaborate with the team on custom wig projects and creative styling ideasRequirements:
Proven experience ventilating hair into lace and silk top basesSkilled in wig repair techniques and hairpiece restorationStrong artistic sense and attention to detailReliable, punctual, and able to work independentlyPassion for helping clients feel their best through hair artistryAbility to handle clients with careQualifications:
Background in theatrical, fashion, or medical wig workExperience with various hair textures and colorsPortfolio of previous work (preferred, but not required)Job Type: Part-time
