This is a SALES position, and some of your pay comes from bonus and commission. Manages salon staffing levels to ensure employee development and maintain salon operational requirements. The Salon Director is required to work a 5-day workweek of 40 hours per week. Management and/or Sales experience required. Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc.
