Fix Salon Seattle | Hairstylist Opportunities

It's been two years since we've welcomed a new stylist to Fix Salon. That was a deliberate decision.

We wanted to give our existing team the space to strengthen client relationships, continue their education, and build lasting, successful careers. We've spent that time investing in our people, and today we're seeing the results of that commitment.

Now we're ready to grow again, and we're looking for one or two exceptional people to join us.

Opportunities to join Fix don't come along often. We're intentional about how and when we grow our team, making sure we have the right environment, resources, and opportunities to support everyone who works here. We don't know when we'll be hiring again, so this is a particularly exciting time to get to know us.

We're open to meeting stylists at different stages of their careers. Perhaps you've been behind the chair for a few years and are ready for an environment that offers more guidance, education, and opportunity. Or maybe you're an established stylist who values exceptional service, meaningful client relationships, and the company of other dedicated professionals.

At Fix, we believe technical skill is only part of what makes a great hairstylist. How you connect with your guests, support your colleagues, and approach your own professional development matters just as much.

We've worked hard to build a salon where people enjoy working together, take pride in the guest experience, and genuinely support one another's success. We're thoughtful about who we invite into that environment because we want it to be the right fit for everyone.

What working at Fix looks like

We offer a commission-based compensation structure of 47–48%, ongoing professional education, and support to help you continue developing your skills and clientele.

We also recognize that life happens outside the salon. Our full-time workweek is 32 hours, and we make a genuine effort to create schedules that balance the needs of our guests, our business, and the people who work here.

That philosophy extends to the holiday season. We're closed Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday, Christmas Eve through December 26, and New Year's Day. These are unpaid closures, giving our team time away from work to enjoy the holidays with friends and family.
