At Untangled Hair Salons, we’re looking for a strong leader to help train, support, and grow our salon team. We are a fast-paced, family-focused walk-in salon that specializes in haircuts for the entire family — especially kids!
This role is perfect for someone who:
Loves teaching and helping stylists improve
Leads by example with customer service and teamwork
Thrives in a busy salon environment
Is confident handling daily salon operations and coaching staff
Responsibilities
Train new stylists on salon systems, customer service, and haircut standardsHelp maintain a fun, positive, team-focused environmentCoach stylists on speed, consistency, and customer retentionAssist with shift coverage and daily salon flowEnsure salon cleanliness and organization standards are followedHelp enforce company policies and proceduresSupport management with team communication and leadershipRequirements
Cosmetology licenseStrong haircutting skills for men, women, and childrenFriendly, upbeat personalityLeadership or training experience preferredWeekend and evening availability requiredFully flexible availability preferredWhat We Offer
