What you'll doYou'll support the growth and development of salon teams through hands-on training, coaching, and leadership support. Responsibilities may include:

Leading and coordinating technical training and haircut certificationProviding in-salon coaching, demonstrations, and real-time feedbackCoaching stylists to strengthen their skills, confidence, and efficiency, while adapting training approaches to meet the needs of new, developing, and experienced stylistsSupporting onboarding and ongoing development for new hiresReinforcing brand standards and operational best practices, while serving as a role model for stylists and managersPartnering with salon managers to identify development opportunitiesEncouraging a culture of learning, teamwork, and professionalismStaying current on cutting and styling techniques and systemwide training resourcesOther duties as assignedWhat you bring to the teamA valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)Passionate about cutting hair and committed to continuous learningConfident demonstrating techniques and coaching others in an encouraging, supportive wayExperience mentoring, training, or leading stylistsStrong understanding of salon operations and delivering positive customer experiencesOrganized and comfortable guiding team members at all experience levelsProud to support and deliver the Great Clips brandWho we areAs the world's largest salon brand, with over 4,400 locally owned and operated salons across the U.S. and Canada, Great Clips combines strong brand recognition, marketing, and support with a close-knit, team-oriented culture.
