Job Summary of Top Stylist:

This position's main focus is to deliver expert hair and beauty services while enhancing the guest experience. Responsibilities include consulting with guests, suggesting services and products, and carrying out a wide range of advanced salon services. The main priorities include meeting performance targets, maintaining operational excellence, and fostering a collaborative salon environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Top Stylist:

Delivering a varied selection of salon services including design, cutting, coloring, texturizing, treatments, styling, perming, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing when applicable.Attain or exceed $1900 in average service sales each week by consistently delivering excellent customer service.Maximize retail sales through personalized product suggestions and live demonstrations at the salon.Take part in promotions and marketing events to actively engage guests and promote a range of services.Stay in the loop about new trends and products to elevate your service offerings and client consultations.Forge strong guest relationships by delivering customized assistance and tailored retail recommendations.Collaborate with peers and brand allies to reinforce a culture of inclusivity and teamwork in the salon.Meet hygiene and safety standards to ensure a clean, safe, and inviting salon space.Maintain adherence to company policies, booking protocols, and guest readiness procedures to ensure smooth operations.Qualifications and Experience of Top Stylist:

- A valid cosmetology license is a must-have.Candidates must have previous experience in a salon.Expertise in a diverse array of hair services including haircutting, coloring, styling, treatments, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing.Competent in operating salon equipment and chemicals for technical services.Expertise in suggesting and retailing professional-grade beauty products.Excelling in guest service and communication aptitudes to encourage customers to return.Competence to handle tasks alone and in partnership within a team framework.Readiness to work at different times, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.Benefits of Top Stylist:
