Outside Sales Representative — Salon Store
1099 Commission-Based Position | Daily Travel Required

Salon Store is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help grow our professional salon customer base. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, meeting new people, and working independently in the beauty industry.

Salon Store serves licensed salon professionals with professional hair color, hair care, tools, foils, extensions, and salon supplies. We are looking for someone who can represent our company well, visit salons daily, introduce products, take orders, and help build long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities include:

Traveling daily to visit salons, stylists, and beauty professionals
Opening new salon accounts and growing existing accounts
Presenting Salon Store products, promotions, and professional brands
Building strong relationships with salon owners and stylists
Following up with customers and helping them with product needs
Representing Salon Store in a professional and positive manner
Tracking sales activity and customer follow-ups

Preferred qualifications:

Some salon industry experience is preferred, but not required
Sales experience is a plus
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to build trust and maintain customer relationships

Compensation:

This is a 1099 independent contractor position and is commission-based. Earnings are based on sales performance, with strong opportunity for growth for the right person.

Schedule:

Flexible schedule, but daily travel and consistent salon visits are expected.
