This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll still style clients while mentoring the team and ensuring smooth, professional service every day. Lead and motivate the stylist team during peak hours while maintaining efficient client flow and professional service.Uphold Blowology’s exact signature blowout and styling standards across the entire team.Manage scheduling, inventory, opening/closing, and day-to-day operations.Train and develop stylists on techniques, luxury client protocols, and high-end professionalism.Handle any client needs or escalations with calm, professional, solution-focused leadership.Foster a positive, drama-free salon culture with zero tolerance for unprofessionalism.Support sales goals through premium service and product recommendations.Requirements Active, valid California Cosmetology License (in good standing)2–3+ years of professional hairstyling experience with strong blowout/styling skills in high-volume environmentsAt least 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience (formal or informal mentoring, running shifts, or team lead)Proven ability to stay calm, professional, and results-driven under pressure in a luxury settingAvailability for evenings and weekends (our busiest times)Passion for discretion and excellence with high-profile clientsStrongly Preferred $50,000 – $75,000 per year (based on experience) + tipsOpportunity for growth and performance bonuses as we expandFull training on our signature Blowology standards and celebrity-client protocolsA professional, high-energy team in a beautiful speakeasy-style environmentHow to Apply We look forward to welcoming our next Team Lead to the Blowology family!
