Assist in building retail success through guest education and product support. Lead, mentor, and support front desk team members and Aveda Advisors. Assist with creation, communication, and implementation of guest events, promotions, and consumer experiences. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively with guests, management, and team members.
