Responsibilities

Create custom tattoo designs in collaboration with clients, ensuring their vision is brought to life with precision and artistry
Perform tattooing procedures adhering strictly to sterilization protocols and safety regulations to ensure client safety and satisfaction
Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, styling, and hair maintenance tailored to individual client needs
Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with all tattoo and piercing safety regulations and sanitation standards
Offer body piercing services such as ear, nose, or other piercings while following sterilization procedures and safety protocols
Engage actively with clients through clear communication about procedures, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations
Assist in store management tasks including inventory control, appointment scheduling, and sales support to enhance overall customer experience

Qualifications

Proven experience in tattooing with a strong portfolio demonstrating artistic skill and attention to detail
Professional training or certification in hair styling from an accredited institution or program
Knowledge of tattooing and piercing sterilization protocols, safety regulations, and sanitation practices
Familiarity with body piercing techniques and safety standards including first aid procedures related to body modifications
Strong communication skills for effective client consultation and relationship building
Ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently while maintaining high-quality work standards
Basic knowledge of color theory, illustration, or professional art/design background is preferred but not required
Store management experience or sales skills are a plus for contributing to the studio’s overall success

Pay: $51,149.30 - $61,599.16 per year
