Tanning Salon Sales Associate

Pay: $15.25 per hour
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule: Afternoons/nights and some weekends (Closed on Sundays)

We are looking for a friendly, motivated Tanning Salon Sales Associate to join our team! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a positive, upbeat attitude.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

We are a family-owned small business and a full-service salon offering tanning, hair, nails, massage, and more. Our goal is to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for every client, and our front desk team plays a big role in making that happen.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and create a welcoming, positive environment
Check clients in for tanning sessions and salon appointments
Recommend, educate, and sell tanning lotions to help clients achieve optimal results
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and salon area
Clean tanning beds and help keep the general areas of the salon clean and well maintained
Educate clients about tanning services and products
Recommend and sell tanning lotions and products (commission opportunities available)
Assist with daily salon operations as needed

Qualifications:

Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable talking with clients and recommending products
Interest in tanning and salon services
Reliable and punctual
