Support Stylist

This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a salon setting while gaining hands on experience in haircare services under the mentorship of a senior stylist. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Support Stylist: Support salon stylists with tasks such as shampooing, treatments, styling, and color applications to ensure customer satisfaction and reach store sales targets.- Provide salon services autonomously post the initial training phase, including haircuts, coloring, treatments, blow-drying, and styling.Provide tailored suggestions and demos to enhance retail transactions and guest loyalty.Comply with the company and state board standards by ensuring the salon area is clean, sanitized, and orderly.Encourage and back in-store events and promotional endeavors that elevate the overall customer journey.Team up with colleagues, skin therapists, and retail staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the store.Stay consistent and compliant by abiding by safety, cleanliness, scheduling, and service standards.Qualifications and Experience of Support Stylist: Ulta Beauty (NASDAQ: ULTA) is the largest North American beauty retailer and the leading destination for cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and salon services.
