What You'll Do
Manage day-to-day salon operations and provide strong leadership to a team of stylists
Foster a positive, professional team environment through consistent coaching and recognition
Meet and exceed sales goals while monitoring key performance metrics
Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and operational reporting
Address guest concerns promptly and with professionalism
Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified team members
Ensure the salon upholds all health, safety, and brand standards
What You'll Need
Valid cosmetology license in the state of employment
2+ years of salon experience; 1+ year in a supervisory or management role preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hair services as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
