Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Baltimore, MD, for a Suite and Booth Renter. As a member of the Atmoshears team, you will be responsible for independently managing your clientele while renting a professional suite or booth within the salon. Your daily tasks include providing high-quality haircuts, hairstyling, coloring, or specialized salon services. Additional duties include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, cultivating a positive client experience, and following all health and safety regulations. You will also handle your booking, payments, and inventory management with access to a collaborative salon environment for support.

Qualifications

Proficiency in hair cutting, styling, and coloring techniques, along with knowledge of current trends.Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.Ability to work independently while managing schedules, appointments, and client communications effectively.Commitment to health and safety standards in the salon industry.Strong organizational and time-management skills to successfully manage a suite or booth operation.Valid cosmetology or barbering license in the state of Maryland.Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on new products, techniques, and trends in the beauty industry.
