Stylists

## Position Overview

As a Stylist at Life Time, you'll provide individualized hair services and treatments that enhance our guests' overall sense of well-being and club experience. This role combines technical expertise with client education, helping members achieve and maintain their desired look while promoting our full range of salon and spa offerings.

## What You'll Do

You'll deliver a variety of hair services including haircuts, perms, coloring, highlighting, and foiling—each tailored to meet clients' specific needs and expectations. Beyond the technical work, you'll educate clients on Life. Spa and Salon products, services, and treatments to help them maintain their style at home. Staying current on style trends and techniques is essential, as is your ability to serve as an expert in hair analysis and maintenance regimens.

Promotion of all Life. Spa and Salon products, services, and treatments is an important part of the role, and you'll maintain your work stations to salon standards while keeping current on certifications and new industry trends.

## What You'll Bring

You must have a High School Diploma or GED and have completed cosmetology school. A cosmetology license valid in Colorado is required. We're looking for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience as a stylist who can perform various types of hair services and treatments with confidence.

You should be comfortable with the physical demands of the role—the ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds. Strong numerical skills are important, including the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and commissions.

## Preferred Qualifications

Experience working as a stylist in a professional salon setting and knowledge of Salon Biz software are both highly valued.

## Compensation

This position is paid on a commission structure, ranging between 35% and 70% depending on the product and your productivity. Your weekly minimum pay will be the applicable minimum wage per hour.
