Stylist in Training

This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a salon setting while gaining hands on experience in haircare services under the mentorship of a senior stylist. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Stylist in Training: Assist with shampooing, treatments, styling, and color applications to support hairstylists in delighting customers and achieving store sales goals.- Perform salon services solo once the initial training is complete, incorporating haircuts, coloring, treatments, blowouts, and styling.Offer individualized product recommendations and showcases to increase sales and customer devotion.Make sure the salon area is clean, sanitized, and well-organized to meet the requirements of both the company and the state board.Back and promote on-site functions and marketing campaigns that heighten the overall guest experience.Work closely with team members, estheticians, and sales associates to optimize the overall guest experience in the store.Consistently follow established safety, sanitation, booking, and service protocols to ensure compliance.Qualifications and Experience of Stylist in Training: Ulta Beauty (NASDAQ: ULTA) is the largest North American beauty retailer and the leading destination for cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and salon services.
