The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests' natural lashes. We have P.A.S.S.I.O.N. We are looking for a Lash Artist who enjoys working with people and takes pride in their work. You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated, friendly and responsible!
Responsibilities

Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products
Understand and promote products and memberships
Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
Maintain clean and sterile work environment
Required Skills

Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
Previous lash extension experience, preferred
Experience with hand-made volume fans, preferred
Customer service focused; loves on your clients
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic
Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
Ability to work weekends and evenings

Compensation: $13.00 - $40.00 per hour
The Lash Lounge is a world-class destination for semi-permanent eyelash extensions. We offer a complete menu of services, including eyelash extensions, refills, threading and more. When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.
