Stylist / Barber

We are looking for a licensed stylist with foundational experience who wants to grow their clientele while training in a high-demand specialty: toupee services. Whether you already have clients or are building your book, this role offers commission-based earning potential and hands-on education in a niche service with strong long-term demand.

Role Summary

As an Associate Stylist on the Toupee Track, you’ll service your own clients while dedicating part of your schedule to learning and assisting with toupee services. You’ll work in a clean, luxury-focused studio where professionalism, consistency, and client experience are top priorities.

Compensation Structure

Commission-based pay for all personal clientsHourly pay during all Toupee training and assisting sessionsOpportunity to take your own Toupee Clients once fully trained.Key Responsibilities
