Job Summary of Stylist Aide:

This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a salon setting while gaining hands on experience in haircare services under the mentorship of a senior stylist. The position is a temporary entry point designed to transition into a full stylist role. Responsibilities evolve over six months from assisting in services and retail support to performing professional hair treatments and styling independently. A strong passion for beauty, commitment to learning, and guest service excellence are key to success in this role.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Stylist Aide:

Help stylists by providing assistance in shampooing, treatments, styling, and color applications to positively impact guest satisfaction and store sales achievements.- Independently deliver salon services after the initial training phase, offering haircuts, coloring, treatments, blowouts, and styling.Provide tailored suggestions and demos to enhance retail transactions and guest loyalty.Keep the salon space clean, organized, and in line with the standards set by the company and the state board.Strengthen and bolster in-store events and marketing efforts that enrich the customer's interaction with the brand.Collaborate with colleagues, skincare specialists, and retail workers to ensure a cohesive experience for all visitors to the store.Maintain uniformity and compliance by observing safety, sanitation, reservation, and operational protocols consistently.Qualifications and Experience of Stylist Aide:

A cosmetology license is a mandatory requirement.Familiarity with essential salon practices, instruments, and substances required for tasks including hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.Enthusiastic about cultivating proficiency in all salon service aspects, including makeup techniques and ear piercing in suitable circumstances.Proficient in communication and dedicated to fostering lasting connections with customers.Competence to excel both independently and cooperatively within a team dynamic.Benefits of Stylist Aide:
