Stylist Aide

This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a salon setting while gaining hands on experience in haircare services under the mentorship of a senior stylist. The position is a temporary entry point designed to transition into a full stylist role. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Stylist Aide: Help stylists by providing assistance in shampooing, treatments, styling, and color applications to positively impact guest satisfaction and store sales achievements.- Independently deliver salon services after the initial training phase, offering haircuts, coloring, treatments, blowouts, and styling.Provide tailored suggestions and demos to enhance retail transactions and guest loyalty.Keep the salon space clean, organized, and in line with the standards set by the company and the state board.Strengthen and bolster in-store events and marketing efforts that enrich the customer's interaction with the brand.Collaborate with colleagues, skincare specialists, and retail workers to ensure a cohesive experience for all visitors to the store.Maintain uniformity and compliance by observing safety, sanitation, reservation, and operational protocols consistently.Qualifications and Experience of Stylist Aide: Ulta Beauty (NASDAQ: ULTA) is the largest North American beauty retailer and the leading destination for cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and salon services.
