What you'll do:

Create personalized consultations based on each guest’s features, hair texture, lifestyle, and maintenance preferences.
Deliver customized cuts and styles using expert techniques and professional products.
Educate guests on easy at-home styling and recommend products to help them maintain their look.
Build lasting guest relationships and encourage pre-booking to drive retention.
Continue developing your skills and earning potential through our level system, ongoing education, guest retention, and product recommendations.
Requirements:

State of Michigan Cosmetology License
Charismatic, approachable personality with a passion for hair design
