Job Duties and Responsibilities of Styling Expert:

Offer a comprehensive range of salon services, which includes design, cutting, coloring, texture treatments, styling options, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup application, and ear piercing services where applicable.Reach or surpass the target of $1250 in average weekly sales by prioritizing exceptional service and guest contentment.Drive guest participation by hosting live demonstrations of products and guiding them towards beneficial services.Participate in special store events and promotions that have been created to enhance the overall guest experience and satisfaction.Keep yourself current on beauty trends and products to provide well-informed guest consultations that are tailored to their needs.Cultivate lasting guest loyalty and champion Ulta Beauty’s loyalty programs and mobile platform.Work in conjunction with peers and the retail team to provide seamless and total support to customers throughout the store.Uphold the salon's commitment to maintaining safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance at a steady level.Communicate effectively to fulfill supply needs and uphold cleanliness and preparedness standards in the salon and assigned areas.Qualifications and Experience of Styling Expert:

Applicants must hold a valid cosmetology license that is currently active.Prior experience working in a salon environment is necessary.Adept at hair cutting, coloring, styling, treatments, makeup, and other sophisticated salon methods.Experienced in the secure and skillful usage of professional equipment and high-quality salon products.Having a strong foundation in retail and communication capabilities, adept at educating and offering product suggestions.Ability to prioritize customer needs and sustain long-lasting relationships.Adaptable and capable of supporting a range of business needs and schedules while working effectively with others.Benefits of Styling Expert:
