Champney & Company is a family-owned salon that has proudly served the Winston-Salem community since the 1970s. We are known for our welcoming atmosphere, loyal clientele, and long-term team members, with several stylists having called our salon home for more than 10 years.

We are currently seeking experienced, licensed hairstylists and barbers to join our salon through a booth rental opportunity.

Requirements

Valid North Carolina Cosmetology or Barber License
Minimum 5 years of professional salon experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Compensation

Estimated Earning Potential: $50,000–$120,000+ annually

This is a booth rental opportunity and not an hourly or salaried employee position. Stylists keep all income earned from services performed. Earnings will vary based on clientele, services offered, and individual schedule.
