As a Store Manager, you will be a key player in creating an EPIC customer experience rooted in Education, Product, Inspiration, and Community. Your responsibilities as a Store Manager include:
Providing an unforgettable customer experience by managing talent and ensuring a positive environment.Overseeing store operations to meet and exceed sales goals, managing budgets, controlling expenses, and monitoring inventory.Ensuring the safety of customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing security protocols and company policies.Maintaining an attractive store environment conducive to retail excellence.Qualifications for the Store Manager position:
We are looking for candidates with:
A minimum of 3 years in customer service or retail sales, alongside 1 year in sales management.Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.A self-starter attitude eager for continuous learning and development in both personal and store growth.A passion for hair and beauty, with a cosmetology license being a plus but not mandatory.Must be 18 years of age or older.
