Spa Sales Associate

Location: Nashville, TN This position plays a key role in increasing membership sales, retail product sales, service bookings, and ensuring every guest receives a five-star experience. Drive sales of spa memberships, packages, retail products, and service upgrades Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance targets Build strong relationships with new and returning clients through personalized consultations Educate clients on spa services, treatments, and recommended products Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and service recovery situations professionally Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after appointments Assist with front desk operations including scheduling appointments, check-ins, and payment processing Maintain cleanliness and organization of retail and reception areas Support inventory management, including stocking retail products and supplies Lift and move inventory, supplies, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds Collaborate with spa service providers to create a seamless guest experience Follow company standards for professionalism, presentation, and guest satisfaction Must hold an active Cosmetology, Esthetician, or Nail Technician license Minimum of 2+ years of proven sales experience in any industry Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong customer service background with experience handling client concerns and resolving issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Experience in spa, salon, wellness, hospitality, or retail environments is preferred but not required Nashville, TN 37201 (Required)
