**Spa Nail Technician**

**Position Summary**
Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a licensed Spa Nail Technician to deliver professional nail services in a luxury spa environment. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences through high-quality treatments, strong service standards, and strict adherence to sanitation protocols.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Perform manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and specialty treatments
* Provide hand and foot massage techniques to enhance guest relaxation
* Maintain appointment schedules and deliver services within designated timeframes
* Educate guests on services and recommend products to support retail goals
* Follow all sanitation, sterilization, and safety standards in compliance with state regulations and resort policies
* Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked workstations and equipment
* Collaborate with spa team members to ensure outstanding guest service
**Required Qualifications**
* **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, nail art, and French manicure techniques
* **Customer Service:** Ability to communicate effectively, manage guest expectations, and deliver a positive spa experience
* **Attention to Detail:** Precision in nail shaping, polish application, and artistic design
* **Licensing & Experience:** Current State of Texas Nail Technician or Cosmetology License required; prior experience in a salon, spa, or freelance setting preferred
**Additional Qualifications**
* Strong knowledge of nail health and sanitation practices
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Basic computer skills for scheduling and service tracking
**Physical Requirements**
* Ability to perform repetitive hand movements with precision
* Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
