Overview
--------

The Spa Coordinator / Spa Attendant provides a seamless luxury guest experience across spa reception and spa facilities. The position is primarily scheduled for two front desk shifts per week and is cross-trained to assist as a Spa Attendant during high-volume periods, events, and other operational needs. The team member supports accurate reservations and transactions, warm guest arrivals and departures, facility orientation, and the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of guest amenities. Assignments and coverage priorities are directed by spa management.

* Minimum one year of experience in a luxury spa, hotel, or comparable luxury service environment preferred.
* Excellent communication, active listening, hospitality, computer, multitasking, and basic cash-handling skills.
* Ability to remain productive in a fast-paced setting, work independently, and shift priorities with management direction.
* Professional appearance, positive and collaborative attitude, reliability, discretion, and respectful interactions with guests and coworkers.
* Attend required training and team meetings and promptly report operational or guest concerns to management.
* Available to work weekends and holidays.
