### **What You'll Do; job description:**

As a Guest Services Specialist, you'll be the first and last point of contact for our guests—ensuring every visit is seamless, uplifting, and memorable.

* Coordinate spa schedules and manage guest flow with ease and professionalism
* Provide exceptional service while educating guests on treatments, retail products, and membership options
* Support front desk operations including phone handling, check-ins/outs, and appointment booking
* Help meet team sales goals by recommending retail and gift card purchases
* Ensure every guest's experience is five-star—from what they see and hear to what they smell and feel
* Collaborate with department leads to support daily operations and guest satisfaction
* Maintain high attention to detail and uphold all company policies

* Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right person!

Requirements

Required experience: Retail sales experience a must with a minimum of one 1 year / Computer Skills, friendly professional appearance.
