Provide expert hair styling, coloring, and finishing services tailored to each client’s preferences and hair type Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas regularly Use salon software to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently Engage in client communication to understand their needs and recommend suitable hair care products or treatments Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing check-ins/outs, and handling retail transactions with retail math accuracy Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration
