Oversee daily site operations at both locations, including property maintenance and tenant relations, to ensure smooth functioning. Maintain positive, professional relationships with tenants to ensure a high-quality experience and professional community environment. Strong administrative skills encompassing data entry, filing, office management, and record-keeping. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, with willingness to travel regularly between two metro Atlanta locations.
