We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and sales-driven leader to help guide our front desk and salon flow at:📍 **Drybar Missoula**140 E Front St

### Role Overview

As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for leading the client experience from check-in to check-out while ensuring Drybar standards are consistently upheld. You will also support team performance, operations, and sales goals during each shift.

### Schedule Requirement

* Full-time position
* Must work Tuesday–Saturday
* Mix of opening and closing shifts required

### Compensation

* **Earn $35-40+ per hour on average** through a combination of:

+ $18 per hour base pay
+ Commission on products, hot tools, and memberships
+ Tips
+ Up to a $550 monthly performance bonus

### What You’ll Do

* Lead client experience from check-in to check-out while ensuring Drybar standards are upheld
* Lead and support team member flow, including assigning clients, delegating tasks, and managing breaks
* Train new Bartenders and support onboarding using Drybar systems, values, and standards
* Oversee inventory by monitoring supplies, assisting with stocking, and placing orders as needed
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and timekeeping standards
* Support strong team morale and escalate issues to management when needed
* Maintain awareness of promotions and support retail and membership sales goals
* Manage the Booker scheduling system during each shift

### What We’re Looking For

* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Confidence in sales (memberships, add-ons, retail, and hot tools)
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Salon, retail, or service leadership experience preferred
