JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable shampoo assistant to join our salon team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while supporting stylists and ensuring clients enjoy a relaxing and welcoming experience during their visit. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet clients warmly
Shampooing guests
Assist stylists by prepping guests for services
Fold towels
General salon pick-up, sweep floors, dishes, clean color bowls, maintain color bar
Provide excellent customer service
Support overall flow and efficiency of salon operations
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Cosmetology license or working toward one (preferred but not required)
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Friendly, professional demeanor and a strong work ethic
