The SDE is responsible for building an annual education calendar and training on techniques, business acumen, the latest trends, and new service launches. The SDE is a licensed cosmetologist who also contributes to the sales of the district by maintaining a personal clientele. • Identify training needs by partnering with the services training team and implement programs to train salon professionals on all service behaviors, techniques and initiatives. • Serve as a support partner to the Experience Managers (EM), Field Business Leader (FBL) and District Manager (DM).
