Job Summary of Senior Stylist:

The core responsibility of this role is to offer specialized hair and beauty treatments while elevating the guest's visit. Tasks include engaging with guests, proposing suitable services and products, and executing a diverse set of salon services proficiently. The main objectives include reaching performance benchmarks, sustaining operational efficiency, and fostering cooperation within the salon atmosphere.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Senior Stylist:

Providing a diverse array of salon services including but not limited to designing, cutting, coloring, texturing, treating, styling, perming, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup application, and ear piercing where appropriate.Reach or exceed the goal of $1900 in average service sales each week through the delivery of top-notch guest experiences.Increase retail revenue by providing individualized product recommendations and conducting demonstrations within the salon.Involvement in marketing events and promotions is essential to interact with guests and showcase services.Stay abreast of current trends and products to elevate the quality of your services and client interactions.Establish and nurture robust guest relations while offering customized service and advice on retail options.Work together with peers and brand partners to promote a unified and inclusive team culture within the salon.Ensure the salon space is kept clean, secure, and inviting while following hygiene and safety protocols.Ensure that all policies of the company are followed, along with booking procedures and guest readiness protocols.Qualifications and Experience of Senior Stylist:

- A current cosmetology license is a requirement.Salon experience is a must.Skilled in haircutting, coloring, styling, treatments, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing services.Skilled in handling salon instrumentation and products for technical procedures.Experienced in advising and promoting specialized beauty products.Demonstrating excellent communication and customer care expertise while aiming to grow a returning customer base.Aptitude for functioning solo and in teamwork within a team structure.Openness to work flexible hours that could involve evenings, weekends, and holidays.Benefits of Senior Stylist:
