Duties include personalized consultations, recommending suitable products and services, and skillfully performing salon treatments. The position assists in meeting performance objectives, maintaining guest service standards, and complying with procedures, while fostering a collaborative atmosphere in the salon.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Senior Salon Stylist:

Offer a broad spectrum of salon services, including styling, cutting, coloring, texture treatments, treatments, extensions, keratin procedures, makeup application, and ear piercing services as applicable.Exceed or meet the target of $1250 in average weekly sales by prioritizing exceptional service provision and guest satisfaction.Enhance guest engagement through dynamic product showcases and personalized recommendations for services.Get involved in store activities and promotions that are directed towards improving customer experiences and interactions.Keep yourself current on beauty trends and products to provide well-informed guest consultations that are tailored to their needs.Build strong guest relationships and promote Ulta Beauty’s loyalty programs and mobile app.Partner with peers and the retail team to offer guests a seamless and comprehensive level of support across the entire store.Guarantee that the safety, sanitation, and compliance standards in the salon are consistently adhered to.Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the salon and assigned areas by effectively communicating supply needs and managing supply inventory.Qualifications and Experience of Senior Salon Stylist:

Applicants must show proof of a valid and active cosmetology license.Relevant experience in a salon environment is a key qualification for this position.Proficient in haircutting, coloring, styling, treatments, makeup, and other advanced salon techniques.Skilled in using professional equipment and salon-grade products safely and effectively.Demonstrating prowess in retail and communication acumen, with the skill to educate and provide informed product suggestions.Skilled in putting the customer first and nurturing enduring connections.Flexible and team-oriented, able to assist with various business needs and schedules as required.Benefits of Senior Salon Stylist:
