Your Role & Duties

As a Hairstylist/Colorist at Aisha Salon, you will:

Provide a range of hair services: cutting, styling, coloring, highlighting, balayage, root touch-ups, and more
Offer personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend styles/colors that enhance their look
Apply advanced coloring techniques and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends
Perform treatments such as keratin, Brazilian blowout, hair botox, and perms (training can be provided)
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper sanitation of work areas and tools
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits
Work collaboratively with other stylists and team members to create a welcoming salon experience

What We’re Looking For

Licensed cosmetologist in Florida
Experience in hairstyling and coloring (salon experience preferred)
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
Creativity and passion for the beauty industry
Reliability, punctuality, and excellent customer service
