Requirements Cosmetology license in the state of Arizona. Minimum of 6 years of experience as a professional Hair Stylist and Colorist. Proven expertise in advanced cutting, coloring, and styling techniques, including balayage, vivids, and corrective color. A strong portfolio showcasing creative and editorial hair work. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client consultation skills. Demonstrated leadership potential and the ability to inspire others.
