Build and maintain a strong, loyal client base through exceptional service and results. Promote and sell retail hair care products to clients, educating them on proper usage. Collaborate with other stylists and team members to foster a positive and supportive salon atmosphere. Adhere to all salon policies and procedures, including sanitation and safety standards. Actively participate in salon marketing initiatives and events.
Qualifications: Valid Cosmetology license in California. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a licensed hair stylist and colorist. Proven expertise in a broad spectrum of cutting and coloring techniques. Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional styling and coloring abilities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client consultation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
