Deliver comprehensive hair services including haircuts, color, styling, treatments, and makeup applications.Achieve weekly sales targets of $1,250 by providing exceptional guest service and contributing to store goals.Conduct product demos to enhance guest engagement and drive sales.Participate in store events and promotions to create extraordinary guest experiences.Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to enhance guest advisory capabilities.Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.People: Build and nurture guest relationships through thoughtful consultations and personalized service recommendations.Serve guests promptly and efficiently, including walk-ins.Collaborate effectively with skin therapists and retail teams to optimize the guest experience.Foster professional relationships with peers and brand partners for enhanced service delivery.Promote the benefits of the guest loyalty program and the Ulta Beauty app.Engage in ongoing training and professional development.Process: Relevant previous work experience is required.Skills:
