Job Duties and Responsibilities of Senior Hair Stylist:

Provide a variety of salon offerings, such as styling, cutting, coloring, treatments, texture services, makeup application, and ear piercing as needed.Attain or surpass an average of $1250 in weekly sales by delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring guest contentment.Improve guest interaction by offering live demonstrations of products and suggesting relevant services to enhance their experience.Engage in retail activities and campaigns that enhance customer interactions and satisfaction levels.Stay up-to-date with beauty trends and products in order to offer well-informed and up-to-date consultations for guests seeking advice.Cultivate strong connections with repeat customers and advocate for Ulta Beauty’s loyalty initiatives and mobile application.Work together with colleagues and retail staff to provide comprehensive assistance to customers throughout the entire store.Maintain a strict commitment to following safety, cleanliness, and regulatory guidelines within the salon environment.Keep the salon and designated areas clean and prepared by ensuring that the necessary supplies are available and communicating any supply requirements.Qualifications and Experience of Senior Hair Stylist:

Possession of an active cosmetology license is mandatory.Prior experience working in a salon environment is necessary.Skilled in haircutting, coloring, styling, treatments, makeup application, and various advanced salon skills.Proficient in the safe and efficient utilization of top-tier tools and professional-grade products in a salon setting.Possessing robust abilities in retail and communication, with a talent for informing and suggesting products.Skilled in prioritizing customer satisfaction and cultivating enduring connections.Works well with others and can adapt to different tasks and work hours to meet the demands of the business.Benefits of Senior Hair Stylist:
