OVERVIEW
As the Senior Hair Stylist, you will engage with guests, provide personalized consultations, and recommend tailored hair care products and services. You will deliver exceptional service while working alongside the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager to achieve performance and operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform a variety of hair services, including cuts, color, styling, treatments, and makeup applications.Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to both service and retail sales goals, while ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction.Conduct product demonstrations and promote services to enhance the guest experience.Participate in executing in-store events and marketing initiatives.Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to guests.Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.GUEST SERVICE

Build strong relationships with guests through tailored consultations and expert advice.Serve walk-in guests efficiently, maintaining the highest service standards.Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and comprehensive guest experience.Communicate effectively about the loyalty program and its benefits to guests.Engage in continuous professional development through trainings and meetings.PROCEDURES AND STANDARDS

Adhere to Ulta Beauty's policies and service protocols to ensure compliance and consistency in the guest experience.Follow safety and sanitation practices, complying with all state board guidelines.Utilize booking systems for efficient guest scheduling and follow-up.Maintain cleanliness and operational standards in all areas of the salon and store.Report any supply needs to ensure readiness at all times.Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices.QUALIFICATIONS

Valid cosmetology license.Previous experience in a similar role is essential.Skills in advanced hair services and product knowledge.Strong communication abilities.Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.Talent for building and maintaining a loyal clientele.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
