Key Responsibilities Provide a full range of cosmetology services, including advanced cutting, coloring, styling, perming, and treatments. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and desired outcomes. Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for junior stylists on technical skills, product knowledge, and client service standards. Mentor and coach junior team members, providing constructive feedback and support for their professional growth. Requirements Current Wisconsin Cosmetology license. A minimum of 6 years of professional experience as a licensed Cosmetologist. Proven experience or a strong aptitude for training, mentoring, or educating others. Expertise in contemporary hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills. Strong understanding of hair and scalp health, and product formulations. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of technical skills and creative work is preferred.
