Senior Beauty Stylist

Collaboration with the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager is essential, alongside a strong emphasis on performance, exemplary guest service, and adherence to established procedures. As a Representative of Ulta Beauty's mission, vision, and values, the Senior Beauty Stylist will take pride in executing the following responsibilities: Provide hair services including haircuts, coloring, treatments, styling, and additional services such as makeup application and brow services.Achieve weekly sales goals of $1900 on average and meet productivity targets related to hair services and guest loyalty.Showcase products to guests, enhancing their service experience while driving sales.Support in-store events and promotions, ensuring an unparalleled guest experience.Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge, continuously enhancing guest service.Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.People Establish rapport with guests through consultations and tailored service recommendations.Serve all clients, including walk-ins, promptly and efficiently.Collaborate with skin therapists and retail teams for a seamless guest experience throughout the store.Build professional relationships with peers and brand partners to deliver outstanding service.Inform guests about loyalty programs and available services through the Ulta Beauty app.Attend mandatory training sessions for ongoing professional growth.Process Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty's policies and procedures.Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.Follow established service protocols to deliver a consistent guest experience.Utilize booking and client management systems efficiently.Communicate supply needs to the Experience Manager, ensuring readiness for guests.Maintain optimal operational standards, keeping the salon and related areas clean and presentable.Follow the Ulta Beauty dress code.Protect company assets by adhering to loss prevention best practices while providing exceptional service.Execute additional operational tasks as needed.Job Qualifications
