POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Beauty Stylist will engage with guests, providing expert consultations on hair care needs while recommending products and services tailored to each individual. This role emphasizes delivering quality services focusing on holistic beauty and outstanding guest experiences. As a key team member, you'll collaborate closely with the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager while striving to achieve performance goals related to service and sales. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform a wide range of hair services, including cuts, color, styling, and treatments while providing excellent service.Achieve an average weekly sales goal of $1900 through exceptional service and guest interactions.Conduct product demonstrations to enhance guest experiences and drive sales.Support in-store events and promotions, ensuring a memorable guest experience.Stay updated on industry trends, products, and techniques to better assist guests.Maintain regular and punctual attendance.GUEST INTERACTION
Build and nurture relationships through personalized consultations and recommendations.Serve all guests efficiently, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for walk-ins and appointments.Collaborate with skin therapists and retail staff to provide a comprehensive guest experience.Promote the guest loyalty program, contributing to our community-driven environment.Participate in mandatory training for ongoing professional development.OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
Adhere to Ulta Beauty's policies and compliance standards.Maintain safety and sanitation protocols during all services to meet state guidelines.Follow established service protocols for a consistent guest experience.Utilize booking systems to effectively manage guest appointments and follow-ups.Communicate supply needs to the Experience Manager to ensure readiness.Keep salon and retail areas clean and well-maintained.Dress in accordance with the Ulta Beauty dress code.Implement loss prevention strategies through exceptional guest service.Carry out additional operational responsibilities as needed.QUALIFICATIONS
Valid cosmetology license.Relevant experience in the beauty industry.SKILLS
Expertise in modern haircutting, coloring, styling, and treatment techniques.Proficient in product recommendations and sales strategies.Strong communication skills for effective guest interaction.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Skill in building and maintaining customer relationships.SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.WORK ENVIRONMENT
