Job Summary

The Senior Beauty Stylist plays a key role in delivering outstanding service and consultation to guests about their hair care needs. You will provide professional hair services, foster guest relationships, and contribute to our store's performance goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform a variety of hair services, including cuts, color, treatments, styling, makeup application, and more.
• Achieve sales goals by providing unparalleled guest service and recommending products.
• Engage in product demonstrations and assist in promotional events to enhance the guest experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends and offer guests the best advice on hair care products and services.
• Ensure punctual and regular attendance.

Guest Engagement
• Build strong relationships with guests through personalized consultations and recommendations.
• Provide timely service to all guests, including walk-ins.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a holistic guest experience.
• Promote the benefits of our guest loyalty program and Ulta Beauty app.
• Participate in training sessions for ongoing professional development.

Operational Excellence

Qualifications
