Experience as a Cosmetologist is required to aid in the comprehensive understanding of Dillard’s products, services, and target market, as well as the challenges and opportunities that Dillard’s Salon Professionals face. ● Work in partnership with the Salon Sales Director to identify practical training needs and emerging trends or patterns in stores. ● Growth mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning. A high level of attendance is required as an essential function of this position.
