Job Description ZEN Salon is Hiring! We’re looking for a polished, friendly, and highly organized Front Desk Salon Coordinator to join our team. What You’ll Do * Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude * Answer phones and schedule appointments * Check guests in and out * Manage stylist schedules and help maximize bookings * Confirm appointments and assist with rescheduling * Process payments and retail purchases * Help educate guests about salon services and products * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk * Communicate effectively with stylists, management, and guests * Help create the high-end level of service our clients expect What We’re Looking For * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Professional, polished appearance and attitude * Friendly, outgoing personality * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Dependable and punctual * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Experience with salon scheduling or front desk software is a plus * Previous salon, spa, hospitality, or luxury customer-service experience is preferred The Right Person We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of the front desk, enjoys working with people, stays calm when things get busy, and understands that every guest interaction matters.
