As a Salon Team Leader:

Lead and inspire the salon team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional services.Provide a full range of hair care services while ensuring client satisfaction.Maintain high standards of customer care while driving salon operations and sales.Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients.Uphold a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.Train staff on customer service excellence and product knowledge.Oversee expenses, ensuring financial efficiency.Qualifications:
