Salon Supervisor + Manager on Duty - All Locations

**Location:** Columbus Area | Multiple PENZONE Salon + Spa Locations
**Schedule:** Full-Time | 40 hours/week | Open availability including nights + weekends

### The Role

As a **Salon Lead + Manager on Duty (MOD)**, you'll help keep the salon running smoothly while creating an elevated experience for both guests + team members.

You'll serve as a go-to resource for the team, help navigate day-to-day salon needs, and step into a leadership role during opening + closing shifts. This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to grow their leadership skills in a fast-paced salon environment.

### What You'll Do

* Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) during opening + closing shifts
* Help set the tone for a positive, welcoming + productive salon environment
* Support Support Professionals with scheduling, appointment book changes + call-offs
* Help address guest questions + concerns and find timely solutions
* Provide an extraordinary guest experience while modeling PENZONE standards
* Complete daily opening + closing responsibilities
* Assist with cash drawers, petty cash + deposits
* Travel between Columbus-area PENZONE locations based on business needs
* Attend company meetings as needed
* Support additional salon needs + projects as assigned

### What You Bring

* Previous leadership, supervisory or management experience preferred
