Manage your private salon suite efficiently, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients Provide exceptional customer service through personalized consultations and attentive guest interactions Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in your suite, adhering to health regulations and safety protocols Utilize salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY to schedule appointments, process payments, and track client information Promote your services via social media management tools to attract new clients and retain existing ones Offer a variety of beauty treatments including hair styling, nail care, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair extensions, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, esthetic laser treatments, and makeup application Conduct product demos and upsell retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue Stay current with industry trends such as color theory, hair threading techniques, straight razor shaving, tattooing (if applicable), and med spa procedures Strong management skills with the ability to independently run your suite efficiently Proficiency with salon software platforms like Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client management Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and build lasting relationships Extensive knowledge of cosmetology practices including hair styling, nail care, lash extensions, and facial treatments Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques to promote products effectively Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in accordance with health regulations Background in advanced treatments such as dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox injections, esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, deep tissue massage, and med spa services (preferred) Strong customer service orientation with hospitality skills that create a welcoming environment for all guests Familiarity with social media management for marketing your services and engaging with clients online This role offers an empowering environment where talented beauty professionals can thrive independently while enjoying the benefits of a supportive community.
